What is a tent sauna?

Imagine no longer having to waste time on travel and tickets to public saunas.
After a hard day's work, an exhausting workout or a free weekend - you have your own private sauna in the garden.

You can set it up in just a few minutes, light it with wood, and after just 15–25 minutes, you'll be enjoying temperatures over 100°C. And if you want, you can leave it up year-round – then all you have to do is light the stove and step into the hot interior.

This is what a tent sauna is – a portable and mobile alternative to a traditional garden sauna. A full-fledged Finnish sauna that you can always have at hand – at home, on your plot of land, or by the lake. Sauna culture has a long tradition in Finland – National Geographic .

Tent sauna - what exactly is it?

The tent sauna is a specially designed, durable tent, resistant to high temperatures and humidity. Inside, there's a wood-burning stove that heats the stones to temperatures exceeding 100°C—just like in a traditional Finnish sauna.

This allows you to experience a full-fledged sauna session wherever you want. This mobile and portable sauna gives you the freedom to choose: garden, allotment, forest, mountains, or beach.

Tip: Regular sauna use can support cardiovascular health and recovery – see the evidence review at Harvard Health and the discussion of benefits and contraindications in Polish at Medycyna Praktyczna .

How does a tent sauna work?

1. Spacing

In just a few minutes you can set up the structure and stove - exactly where you want to sauna: in the garden, by the lake or on the plot.
(If you keep the sauna permanently set up in the garden, skip this step).

2. Light up

Light the wood stove and close the door. After 15-25 minutes, the interior of the tent sauna reaches over 100°C – ready for a proper session, as befits a good Finnish sauna.

3. Sauna

Step inside, pour water on the stones, and enjoy the hot steam. Your private spa – relaxation, regeneration, and health – always at your fingertips.

That's it. Set up, light up, sauna—and you'll have your own private sauna, wherever and whenever you want.
