Our SaunaSoul tent sauna operates with wood, just like a classic Finnish sauna . The stones heat up to over 100°C, providing the same full-fledged experience you're familiar with in a garden sauna.
Warm-up time
On a winter evening, you pitch your tent, light the stove, and within 20 minutes you're at a sauna-ready temperature. In a traditional garden sauna, you'd have to wait an hour or more.
Mobility
You can sauna wherever you want – in the garden, by the lake, in the mountains, or on your plot of land. This sauna is completely portable and mobile , so you can take it with you. Or you can fold it up when you're not using it. A classic sauna stays in one place forever.
Maintenance

From purchase to sauna
You order a SaunaSoul kit and you can have your first session within 2-3 days. When building a garden sauna, the wait can be weeks, or often even months.
Cost
A complete tent sauna costs PLN 7,800. A traditional garden sauna costs PLN 15,000 to as much as PLN 25,000 – and the end result is the same: health, regeneration, and relaxation.

About our tent saunas
Yes. The SaunaSoul tent easily reaches temperatures exceeding 100°C. Just like a traditional wood-fired sauna.
It only takes about 30 minutes from lighting up to enjoy a well-heated sauna!
Absolutely! Our portable tent sauna is designed to perform even in extreme conditions down to -20°C.
It can heat up to over 100°C, although it takes a little longer on frosty days.
But then… something awaits you that cannot be compared to any other experience.
You jump out of the hot sauna straight into the snow, icy air or into cold water... An amazing experience :)
From 3 to 6 people. It depends on whether you sit on one or two benches and how much space you want for yourselves.
Definitely yes – and it's one of our favorite combinations!
Many of our clients are people who focus on a healthy lifestyle and regularly swim, and now they can do it anywhere, anytime thanks to their own tent sauna.
Alternating between sauna and cold baths (so-called "thermal contrast") is an excellent way to:
• strengthening immunity,
• improved circulation,
• release of endorphins and… a powerful boost of good mood.
And that feeling when you step out of 90°C and into the snow, lake or cold air… you have to experience it. :)
It's simple: you add wood, regulate the airflow by adjusting the heater and the ventilation holes in the sauna.
And if you want more steam, you pour water on the stones.
Yes – we tested it with air quality meters (VOC) and found no harmful emissions at 100°C. The material is fire-resistant and designed to withstand high temperatures. Additionally, the tent has two large ventilation holes (at the top and bottom) to ensure air circulation and safe use.
It is in this sauna that we regenerate after training – and we also allow the children in our family to use it without any worries .
If something did not meet our standards, we would not offer it to others.
Yes, the 300D double-insulated Oxford fabric is water-resistant and suitable for year-round use.
For long-term outdoor use, we recommend an additional rain cover.
You don't have to – many of our customers use it as a garden sauna and leave it set up for several days or weeks.
However, for maximum durability of the tent, we recommend folding it between sessions.
Setup, transport and storage
It depends on whether you are doing it for the first time or if you are already experienced.
When we set up the whole set with two people, within 15 minutes the fire is already burning in the stove :)
The first few times may take 25-30 minutes.
No, it's very compact!
When we started, the entire set (tent, stove, wood, 4 benches, accessories) easily fit into a Renault Clio Grand Tour - one folded rear seat was enough.
You can take it anywhere!
No. A sauna tent is a temporary structure, so it does not require any building permits.
You can use it in the garden, at the summer house, by the lake – wherever you want.
After each use, it's a good idea to air and dry the tent, and occasionally wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid storing it in a damp condition for extended periods—this is key to its longevity.
