SaunaSoul Store Regulations
Regulations? Sounds serious. But with us, everything is simple and clear.
1. General information
1.1. The SaunaSoul online store is run by the entrepreneur Maksym Tylkowski, operating under the name Sauna Soul Experience Maksym Tylkowski, entered into the CEIDG, NIP: 7842400235, REGON: 540263690, with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-682, ul. Hoża 86/410
1.2. The Regulations define the rules for concluding sales contracts, deliveries, payments, returns, complaints and the processing of personal data.
1.3. Using the store constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
2. Products and availability
2.1. Products presented in the store are brand new, free from defects and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2.2. Product information (descriptions, photos) is for presentation purposes only and may differ slightly from reality.
2.3. We strive to update availability regularly, but it may happen that a product sells out before your order is fulfilled. In such a case, we will contact you and discuss the next steps.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices in the store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
3.2. The price given for the product is valid at the time of placing the order.
4. Orders
4.1. Orders can be placed via the website 24/7.
4.2. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email.
4.3. The sales contract is concluded after you receive the second e-mail informing you that the order has been processed.
5. Payment methods
5.1. You can pay for your purchases by: card, Blik, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or pay in 0% installments via Klarna.
5.2. All transactions are handled through the secure Shopify Payments system.
6. Delivery
6.1. Orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days of placing the order (usually sooner!).
6.2. After shipment, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
6.3. We work with various courier companies, always choosing the best option.
6.4. We deliver within Poland, the EU and worldwide – in the case of international delivery, please contact us in advance.
6.5. Free delivery within Poland for orders over PLN 199.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
7.1. You have 14 days from receipt of the shipment to return it without giving a reason.
7.2. Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
7.3. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
7.4. If you purchased a set and wish to return only some of the products, the amounts will be settled proportionally – according to the calculated unit prices for the given set, not the catalogue prices.
8. Complaints
8.1. The rules for filing complaints are described here.
9. Invoices
9.1. We issue VAT invoices upon customer request – you must select this option when placing your order. Due to Polish law, issuing an invoice at a later date will not be possible.
10. Promotions and discount codes
10.1. Promotions and discounts have a specific validity and are valid in accordance with the information on the website.
11. Processing of personal data

12. Guarantee and warranty
12.1. All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and statutory warranty.

13. Contact and personal pickup
13.1. We do not have a stationary store, but personal collection is possible after prior arrangement – in Warsaw or near Gniezno.

14. Responsibility
14.1. We are not responsible for:
- damage resulting from the use of products not in accordance with the instructions,
- indirect damages, lost profits, property damage,
- errors resulting from force majeure (e.g. technical failures, storms, floods).
14.2. Our financial liability is limited to the value of the order.
15. Product availability
15.1. We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, but in exceptional circumstances, we may sell a product that we no longer have in stock.
15.2. In such a case, we will inform you and offer you a refund or an alternative product.
16. Applicable law
16.1. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
16.2. Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seller's registered office.
