About our tent saunas
Yes. The SaunaSoul tent easily reaches temperatures exceeding 100°C. Just like a traditional wood-fired sauna.
It only takes about 30 minutes from lighting up to enjoy a well-heated sauna!
Absolutely! Our sauna is designed to function even in extreme conditions down to -20°C.
It can heat up to over 100°C, although it takes a little longer on frosty days.
But then… something awaits you that cannot be compared to any other experience.
You jump out of the hot sauna straight into the snow, icy air or into cold water... An amazing experience :)
From 3 to 6 people. It depends on whether you sit on one or two benches and how much space you want for yourselves.
Definitely yes – and it's one of our favorite combinations!
Many of our clients are people who focus on a healthy lifestyle and regularly swim, and now they can do it anywhere, anytime thanks to their own tent sauna.
Alternating between sauna and cold baths (so-called "thermal contrast") is an excellent way to:
• strengthening immunity,
• improved circulation,
• release of endorphins and… a powerful boost of good mood.
And that feeling when you step out of 90°C and into the snow, lake or cold air… you have to experience it. :)
Yes – we tested it with air quality meters (VOC) and found no harmful emissions at 100°C. The material is fire-resistant and designed to withstand high temperatures. Additionally, the tent has two large ventilation holes (at the top and bottom) to ensure air circulation and safe use.
It is in this sauna that we regenerate after training – and we also allow the children in our family to use it without any worries .
If something did not meet our standards, we would not offer it to others.
You don't have to – many of our customers use it as a garden sauna and leave it set up for several days or weeks.
However, for maximum durability of the tent, we recommend folding it between sessions.
Setup, transport and storage
It depends on whether you are doing it for the first time or if you are already experienced.
When we set up the whole set with two people, within 15 minutes the fire is already burning in the stove :)
The first few times may take 25-30 minutes.
No, it's very compact!
When we started, the entire set (tent, stove, wood, 4 benches, accessories) easily fit into a Renault Clio Grand Tour - one folded rear seat was enough.
